This elixir mix is a great way to get that Antioxidant, Adaptogens boost that will help with your immune system, keep you from being susceptible to getting colds and such with daily intake of this type of an elixir.
The basics when you are looking to put Elixirs together are:
The organic plant ingredients can be fresh or dried, the sweetener of honey should be raw, and the carrier natural water, pure vegetable glycerin, apple cider vinegar with mother or 80% or higher Brandy, Vodka, or even Scotch or Cognac.
Generally speaking, these are the directions that you can follow when preparing your Elixir:

Fill the glass jar (no matter the size you are using) about a third of the way with your dried plant/herbal matter. If you are using things fresh, make sure they are chopped well enough for plant seepage to occur. Pack the fresh ingredients to that third of the jar. With your Raw Honey, fill it another third into the jar and stir. Lastly, fill the remainder with your carrier liquid (water, glycerin, ACV or alcohol

Stir well before placing the lid on tightly, label and store the jar in a dark, cool place. Let it steep according to the carrier liquid you use. Water for 24-36 hours, Glycerin and ACV 2-3 Weeks, and Alcohol based 4-5 weeks. They can last from a few weeks after prep from a couple of weeks to 1 or 2 years.
