Manufacturer’s Liability
We at ThatAquaponicsGuy.com do our best to vet the products that we carry. We look at reviews, we test out and put those type of items through a rigorous process. We look to have the best quality available that is on the market. If by chance an item or piece of equipment fails individually, the manufacturing contact is the one to call. We do not guarantee reimbursement of any kind of third party equipment or any individual piece of which we happen to carry.
Your notification of your experience good or bad of those products will be held in consideration as we determine who and which companies we choose to promote.
Desktop, Countertop, Scratch, Starter, and the Large TAG Kit Refund Policy:
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee (on the cost of the original kit, but not including shipping or handling) to anyone who has built and attempted to operate a That Aquaponics Guy system or integrated aquaponics system specified by the materials contained therein and is dissatisfied with the system for any reason.
This guarantee is subject to the following conditions: you can only request a refund for a system you have actually built and operated. There are no substitutions, or compensation for time, effort, and/or pain.
If you have not built any system whatsoever, you do NOT qualify for any refund under this guarantee. If you do qualify for a refund, as part of the refund arrangement, you must return the manuals and all printed materials; they are not then yours to resell or give to anyone else.
If you have altered or changed the design of the system from the included schematics and plans that come with the Kit you bought, or if you have changed the system’s operational parameters in any way from those detailed in the technical manuals, then this guarantee is no longer valid.
Real-Time Tutorial Training in TAG U Cancellation, Credit, or Exchange Policy:
You must cancel your participation no later than one week from the date of the tutorial; if you simply cancel without such notification you are not eligible for any refund or transfer options. When you register, we absolutely reserve your spot in the tutorial and turn away others if the training is full. We are aware that life happens, and at times it is unavoidable to not show or make that appointment, within the parameters set forth above, we gladly offer the following options if you reschedule or cancel out of a course you have signed up and paid for:
- You may elect to have us ship you the printed training materials and the downloaded electronic files that are part of the tutorial instead of attending the training. If you choose this option, you will not receive any credit for future training events.
- OR, you may elect to receive a credit towards any future tutorial we may hold, in the amount of whatever you paid us, to be applied to whatever the cost is of the future training you elect to attend.
To get a determination of your application for a refund, credit, or exchange, contact us with your name, order number the date and time of your training.
